Scheduled Appointments and Refunds
- All Real Estate and Trust & Will Signing appointments must be scheduled 24hrs in advance of the Appointment Day of Your Choice.
- A $30.00 Non- Refundable Deposit is required with All Real Estate Singings.
At time of payment, you will be credited $30.00 to your Service Total on
your Payment Receipt.
- In the Event, we missed your appointment due to uncontrollable events.
We will Gladly Fully Refund the Deposit Amount in the same way, we
received it.
Identification Requirements
All Notary Signatures Require a Verified form of Identification prior to
signing. Acceptable Identifications: Physical Valid US Driver’s License,
Official State issued ID and or US Passport. We reserve the Right to request
additional Identification to help verify identity and hold the Right to Refuse
service to any fraudulent documents or anything pertaining to Illegal
Activities. Photos of ID’s are not acceptable forms of Identification.
Identification must by physically present. Please have all identification
readily available at time of Scheduled Appointment. – No Exceptions
